1. Who we are

The Medical & Emotional Wellness Center (Belgun Essential) organises wellness sessions, webinars and individual consultations in Targu Mures, Romania, and online. These terms apply to the use of this website, participation in sessions and membership.

2. Sessions and membership

Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 12:00 at Business Hotel Conference Center & Spa, 1 Decembrie 1918 Boulevard, No. 250, Targu Mures, and are streamed on Zoom for members. Membership gives access to the livestream link, recordings and priority seats. Zoom links and recordings are personal and may not be shared or redistributed.

3. Payments and cancellations

Fees for membership and individual services are communicated before purchase. Card payments are accepted on site. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions for 1:1 consultations are communicated at booking.

4. Health information

Content presented in sessions, webinars and on this website is for information and education. It does not replace a medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment by your own physician. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional for questions about a medical condition.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, recordings and materials on this website and in sessions belong to the center or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

1. Data we collect

Name, email address, phone number and the content of messages you send through our forms, email or WhatsApp; attendance and membership details; technical data generated by the website (such as language preference stored in your browser).

2. Why we use it

To answer your requests, manage membership, send Zoom links and session information, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis

Performance of a contract (membership, consultations), your consent (newsletters, forms) and our legitimate interest in running the center, in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate (for example email, video conferencing and payment providers) and when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@belgunessential.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).

7. Cookies and third parties

This website uses only essential storage (language preference). Embedded maps are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
